In early February this year, the governments of the United States and the Republic of Korea signed the U.S.-Korea Free Trade Agreement (KORUS FTA). Once implemented, the KORUS FTA is expected to be the most commercially significant trade agreement for the U.S. in more than 16 years. On this episode of Capital Thinking, Kevin O'Neill will welcome former U.S. Senator Trent Lott and Frank Samolis, both of whom played prominent roles during the Agreement's negotiation, to discuss the journey leading up to its final passage; its political and economic implications for the U.S.; and the next steps in the Agreement's successful implementation.

Twenty years after Anita Hill, multiple allegations of inappropriate sexual behavior against presidential candidate Herman Cain have brought workplace harassment issues back into the national spotlight. Next, Kevin will speak with employment law attorney, Doug Mishkin.
