Since losing 70 pounds in 2009, fitness and nutrition have truly become my biggest passions. I love getting to play a small part in people's physical and mental transformations. I created this podcast as a platform for honest conversations about the struggles and triumphs of weight loss, nutrition, self love, body image, and lifting heavy things.
