Welcome to the second part of the Transformation without Fear podcast with Andrea Maxine Frade.

Our inner wisdom and delicate and in the initial stages of transformation cannot be access on tap. It take patience and practice through meditation and grounding yourself in your body (even only one minute per day if that’s all you can manage).
When we make peace with our darkest moment by shifting our perspective to one of acceptance, gratitude we can find gold from the process, and suffer through these difficult time with grace and ease.
Affirmations are for everyone, you just need to get creative! Find the language, topic and tone that works best for you and tailor your own one to fit!
