Hello Curious Friends and welcome to Episode 10 of the Curiously You podcast!
Today’s episode is a fascinating deep dive into how it really looks to go through a spiritual awakening and come out the other side.
We are speaking with Intuitive Healer Stephanie Jameson, who sets the scene for us as a high stress, over-worked masculine driven woman. This lasted right up until she became sick and was forced to slow down and tune in to herself.
Childhood trauma and switching off feelings in order to get ahead meant that Stephanie’s awakening forced her to stop living for logic and start to tune into her feelings. How did this look? What hidden superpowers were coming to the fore of Stephanie’s life? How did she deal with the pain of change?
We discuss all these aspects of spiritual awakening, as well as the catalyst awakening, and the ‘dark night of the soul’, both of which are likely to occur when we start to tune into the blueprint of our heart, but ultimately serves to heal us.
Stephanie provides lots of great advice for perspective shift, small activities we can do to make the process easier, and start to live in our truth, build our self-worth and tune into the voice that already knows and is speaking to us from within.
