A message from Jason Stapleton:
I’d like to take just a moment and personally thank each one of our sponsors, without which this show would not be possible. This show is very special to me. It has been a dream of mine for several years and now the vision has become a reality. Your support both moral and financial means the world to me. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you. -Jason
It is Friday! Welcome back to The Live Show, broadcasting live in the Heart of America.
Aren’t we all tired of talking about ebola? I’m getting tired of it but we still have a few things in the stack, which I’ll get to a little bit later.
Have you ever been to ikea?
The entire store is designed to keep you in there as long as humanly possible, to make sure that you don’t miss anything the store has to offer. It’s built like a maze.
I recently went to get new desks for the office now that a new store has opened in Kansas City.
Adventures in buying furniture, across 3 football fields of warehouse space and more.
And why I have a huge respect for my own time.
Time is something that you do not get back as a human being. Every single minute of the day that goes by is a minute that you don’t get back.
That’s why I work so hard on this show because I value the fact that you are giving me the most valuable resource that you have which is your time.
And so as I’m winding my way through the new ikea store, the whole time I’m thinking to myself ‘I’m wasting so much time. I could be home right now, I could be working on something else, I could be eating ice cream.’

Biden's son discharged from Navy after reportedly testing positive for cocainehttp://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/10/17/biden-son-discharged-from-navy-after-reportedly-testing-positive-for-cocaine/
The son of Vice President Joe Biden says he is “embarrassed” after being discharged from the Navy Reserve earlier this year --- reportedly after testing positive for cocaine.
The Wall Street Journal, citing people familiar with the matter, reported Thursday that Hunter Biden’s short-lived military career ended because he failed a drug test after reporting to his unit in 2013. According to the Wall Street Journal, the Navy discharged him in February of this year.
You always know when you have to report to duty.
So Hunter Biden knew exactly where he was suppose to go and when he was suppose to be there.
And he is either such a habitual cocaine user that he couldn’t get the coke out of his system, or he couldn’t stop using, or he’s such an idiot that a day or two before he had to go show up for reserve duty, he decided he was going to go out to do cocaine.
Political correctness run amuck.

'Gender inclusive' school district says drop 'boys and girls,' call kids 'purple penguins'http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2014/10/09/gender-inclusive-school-district-says-drop-boys-and-girls-call-kids-purple/
You are not going to want to miss today’s episode as Jason explains why recent political correctness events such as these are simply liberal and social ideals that are being perpetuated.
What they are attempting to do is, at a very young age, socially engineer children to remove their individual self worth.
You want to know why I know? Because this is exactly what they do in the military.
They shave your head, they give you the same uniforms, to strip you of your individuality and breed you into the collective.
That is exactly what is happening.
Shepard Smith: 'Do Not Listen To The Hysterical Voices' In The Media About Ebolahttp://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/10/15/shepard-smith-ebola_n_5992510.html
"You should have no concerns about Ebola at all. None. I promise," stated Smith. He went on to tell viewers, "Do not listen to the hysterical voices on the radio and the television or read the fear-provoking words online. The people who say and write hysterical things are being very irresponsible."
He explained: "We do not have an outbreak of Ebola in the United States. Nowhere. We do have two healthcare workers who contracted the disease from a dying man. They are isolated. There is no information to suggest that the virus has spread to anyone in the general population in America. Not one person in the general population in the United States."
Smith stressed, "I report to you with certainty this afternoon that being afraid at all is the wrong thing to do." He called media-stoked Ebola panic "counterproductive", saying that it "lacks basis in fact or reason."
"Someday there may be a real panic. Someday, something may start spreading that they can't control. And then, do you know what we're gonna have to do? We're gonna have to relax and listen to leaders. We're not gonna panic when we're supposed to and we're certainly not gonna panic now. We have to stop it.”
Obama Addresses Idea of Travel Ban Amid Ebola Crisis — Here’s Why He Doesn’t Think It’s a Good Ideahttp://www.theblaze.com/stories/2014/10/16/obama-addresses-idea-of-travel-ban-amid-ebola-crisis-heres-why-he-doesnt-think-its-a-good-idea/
“I don’t have a philosophical objection necessarily to a travel ban if that is the thing that is going to keep the American people safe,” Obama said. “The problem is that in all the discussions I’ve had, thus far, with experts in the field … is that a travel ban is less effective than the measures we are currently instituting.”
“If we institute a travel ban instead of the protocols we put into place now, history shows that there is a likelihood of increased avoidance,” the president said. “People do not readily disclose their information, they may engage in something called broken travel — essentially breaking up their trip so that they can hide the fact they have been to one of these countries were the disease is in place.
“And as a result, we may end up getting less information about who has the disease, they are less likely to get treated properly, screened properly, quarantined properly, and as a consequence we may end up having more cases rather than less,” Obama added.
