KSL’s Maria Shilaos joins JayMac to announce the launching of a new podcast that could help you when you feel down or anxious.
Utah's Intermountain Healthcare and Select Health are teaming up to start a new KSL podcast and radio show that will help you improve your own mental health and boost mental health awareness. 
Think about it, KSL frequently discusses the opioid epidemic, the high number of suicides-especially the high number of teen suicides, mass shootings, etc. All of these things are driven by mental disorders. 
The new podcast, “Healthy Mind Matters,” will be hosted by KSL's Maria Shilaos. It launches on Sunday, October 8 from 11AM-12PM. You can also catch it on iTunes or any other podcast services.
Healthy minds actually matter. Listen to learn how to have a healthy mindset and a positive outlook. 
The JayMac News Show is hosted by KSL NewsRadio's Jay McFarland, who also hosts the fictional podcast, Hosts of Eden.
