Rising in the East: Julian Edelman is one of Tom Brady's greatest targets and Adam Gase the GM

Julian Edelman or Deion Branch During the podcast, Kai' and Eric argue a couple of points to the fans. One of these is why Julian Edelman is one of Bradys greatest targets. Edelman has been a main force of the New England Patriots offense. The Patriots run an inside-out offense and Edelman has produced the goods. The only other arguments of a target from a wide receiver standpoint and not tight-end is Deion Branch. The first argument is Rob Gronkowski which is why we state from the wide receiver position. Branch was a Super Bowl MVP and was a target Brady could rely on. Yet, strictly stat wise, Edelman has the edge. He has almost one thousand more yards than Branch and six more touchdowns. The edge is also given due to Branch never having a one thousand receiving yard season with the Patriots. He did come two yards off of one thousand in his last season (2005-2006), before becoming a Seattle Seahawk in 2006.
Adam Gase Adam Gase is now the absolute ruler of the New York Jets. It seems even a week out of talking about him and former general manager Mike Maccagnan didn't help calm the storm. It's New York and Gase will get the heat. Although he publicly stated he just wants to coach. Since then he has signed punter Matt Darr, whom he has in Miami before being cut and has fired a scout. Gase is in a power position and if he gets a general manager that works closely with him, he will stay in majority power.
