Welcome to the world's first workout podcast designed those who practice, enjoy and compete in the sport of Fitness. By using audio science in certain patterns we can increase cognitive output by subconsciously distracting the mind from the physical demand of the prescribed task. This allows athletes to move faster, more efficiently and often in time to the music; striving for ultimate virtuosity. Constantly varied movements, require constantly varied music, with that in mind we aim to release a steady flow of new material at regular intervals; that are correctly synced to each WOD. We work with a full range of intensities, from AMRAPs and EMOM’s, Benchmarks and Olympic Lifting, Mobility and down-regulation; to the occasional unique mix for those days when we all need a little extra motivation.
