Karl Colder is the President of Colder Allied Consulting LLC, a professional consulting services company. He is also a former U.S. Government Senior Executive and once served as Special Agent in Charge of the U.S. DEA, where he obtained over 32 years of leadership and professional investigative experience. As President of a consulting company, Karl specializes in resource management, team building, project management, and contracting strategy enhancement.
Karl joins me today to share his experience in the DEA and why he feels strongly about fixing the drug problem in America. He describes how he established programs that sought to help veterans recover from substance abuse and how the pandemic interrupted their rehab programs. He explains what black parents teach their children when it comes to police encounters. Karl also shares his thoughts about the Black Lives Matter movement and his opinions on bystanders to police brutality.
