Our aim is to play quality music 24 hours a day. Our music policy is chart music from the 60's through to stuff from this weeks Ultimate UK Chart, also we will look into our crystal ball and play some of the new releases that we think may feature in the UK chart soon.
We are the first radio station, on or offline, that enables a range of organisations from charities, not for profit organisations local communities and commercial businesses to have 'air time' on the StudyVox FM online radio network to allow them to broadcast live and fully interactive radio shows which will give them the opportunity for the very first time to get their agenda, voice and message heard on millions of computers and mobile telephones. "For the first time a platform has been created allowing people to share their thoughts and ideas, exchange information and discuss issues relevant to them and the communities in which they live through the most commonly used form of human communication... speech."
PYR, as we also like to be known, is a radio station that is dedicated to giving the young members of our community the chance to get involved with an online radio station. We invite local people to become a member* of our station, where they will have the opportunity to indulge their interest in music and broadcasting. Why not shadow one of our presenters or create your own playlist? Weâ??d love to work with you and hopefully make your dreams a reality.PYR are also keen to get out into the community at outside events and broadcasts such as school fetes, charity events, carnivals etc. For a small donation, we will bring along our outside broadcast kit and will entertain your crowds and make your event even more memorable.
