BLAST 1386 is the radio station of Reading College. It reflects, influences and is part of the student culture. It first started broadcasting in April 2002, and is on air 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1386 AM on the campus; and all over the world on the internet via www.Blast1386.com.
Oxide Radio is the official station of Oxford University Studio Union, run by the Oxide committee.Oxide has music, interviews, news and shows, all produced by Oxford University students. Station House Media Unit (shmu), established as a charity in 2003, is one of the core cultural organisations in Aberdeen, and is at the forefront of Community Media development in Scotland, supporting residents in the seven regeneration areas of the city in radio and video production, traditional and on-line publications, music production and digital inclusion.
