Lloyd Gordon is the CEO and Founder of Focus Cloud, a super niche Recruitment business specialising in supporting the global implementation projects of HR System ‘Workday’

An ex £1.6 million biller, he clearly knows how to make money but he’s fully aware that growing a business isn’t about him. 

In this episode Lloyd gets straight into his story from starting life in humble beginnings to starting his agency with only  enough money to pay for his wife and kids to live for 4 months! 

We didn’t even scratch the surface of the Focus Cloud story when the time ran out so this is only Part 1 with Lloyd on The RAG!
