What works better?
I think a better question to ask is...
What makes you different?
With every online trainer having typeform in their bio and saying "apply by clicking the link in my bio.." it becomes less effective.
It's kind of like Email Marketing. It still works, but the conversion rates aren't as high.
- Most online coaches are TAUGHT by mentors to write longer CTA's to get more clients
- Most online coaches write LONG call to actions and tell people to apply in their bio
- And they end up frustrated and broke because it just doesn't seem to be working...
But the problem isn't with the coach, the problem is with the system.
And once you fix your system...
- You can book up to 10 calls off of 1 post with a Call to Action
- You can work SMARTER and not HARDER and skip un-necessary steps
- You'll book minimum 5 calls a week with potential prospects meaning your business goes BOOM.
Let's chat about my client Mark, who joined my program literally Saturday.
Mark is a smart cat. Been in the gym for 10 years as a personal trainer, and never really dove into the whole Online Training thing.
Hiring me was a HUGE leap of faith but he did it anyways, and as a result of taking that leap of faith... here's what he did.
He made 1 post.
1 POST...
And off of that post, made $1500 dollars.
He also booked over 10 phone calls.
Off of 1 short, call to action post.
LET'S TALK ABOUT WHY SHORT CALL TO ACTIONS ARE BETTER THAN LONGER CALL TO ACTIONS.
The first reason why Shorter call to actions are better than longer call to actions is simple - we're all squirrels.
It seems like our attention spans are getting shorter and shorter, and so the likely hood of someone reading through your well-written post
where you get to the point and say WORK WITH ME is...
Well..
Small.
The second reason Shorter Call to Actions are better than longer CTA's is because EVERYONE'S doing the same s**t.
Business coaches are all recycling the same garbage information that worked for 1 out of their 20 clients and so every online coach seems to be posting
longer CTA's praying for people to apply for their typeform and then being met with crickets.
So... there's a better way.
And that better way involves less work from you, and less investment from the client, which means you'll get a higher response rate.
I call it INTIMACY BASED MARKETING.
Intimacy Based Marketing means that you write a shorter Call to Action, and getting them to apply is by dropping an emoji below, or shooting you a DM.
Now the REASON that this method is so effective is because people are busy, and get distracted easy.
So although someone may be interested, they may not be interested enough to fill out a 14 question typeform that asks them about their deepest darkest secrets.
Intimacy based marketing is designed to get the prospect to raise their hand, and to engage them in a conversation.
That's it.
It's really that simple.
HOW ABOOUT YOU?
Are you the coach that tells people to apply by clicking the link in your bio?
Do you find yourself struggling to attract clients because of the way you're approaching your marketing?
I get it - it's not your fault. Alot of online coaches struggle with the exact same thing.
My client Maverick was doing this until I showed him intimacy based marketing and he broke 100k in the year of 2019 by changing his approach.
If you're looking to jump on the bandwagon and get some REAL help, reach out to me at Bmarkfit and say the word "10k" so I can help.
