Session 43 – Strength & Conditioning (Beyond 3 x 10!) with Nick Grantham
It’s about time you got a rest from Chewy again… But unfortunately you haven’t got much of an accent shift. Still northern, still brash it is of course Chews Health clinical lead and resident S&C nerd Mark Reid. By popular demand, we’ve decided to venture into some Strength and Conditioning principles in this and a few future podcasts. Exercise, progressive loading, injury reduction principles and physical preparation have inevitably come up in conversation more than once in pretty much every podcast! In this month’s episode, Mark delves into the concept of programme design with Nick Grantham, an S&C coach who has banged the ‘Beyond 3×10’ drum for quite a few years now.
